What is the perfect time to start showing a movie outdoor?
We generally recommend starting the movie 45 minutes after sunset. At this point in time, the screen image is at its best. If you are showing a bright film such as an animated film, you may start earlier. If however, you are showing a darker film (such as War of the Worlds), the movie should begin well after sunset. As sunset times can vary according to the time of the year, it is important to speak with one of our Client Services Managers for full details on sunset times for your date. You can also check sunset times for your city by visiting http://www.weather.com/. (Back)
Do you need to drive on our lawn to setup the equipment?
No, we do not need to drive on the lawn to setup the equipment. (Back)
How heavy are your screens, will they damage the grass?
The screens can weigh up to 300+ pounds depending on screen size. Because the weight of the screens is spread over a wide surface area, this virtually eliminates damage to the grass. If, however the screen must be left standing for an extended period (a few days), the grass may become dry due to lack of air and sunlight. (Back)
